What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts or sign-ups. The information we receive comes from phone calls: your name, phone number, the address of the property, and what you tell us about the work. We use it to schedule visits, prepare scopes and do the job.

What this website records

The site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which are used to keep the site running and secure.

Headings and text use fonts served by Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads. The office map is not loaded until you select View map; at that point the map is served by Google Maps and Google's own privacy policy applies.

How we use and share information

We use your information to respond to your call and carry out the work you ask for. We do not sell it. We share it only with suppliers or service providers where needed to complete your job, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

If we are unable to take your call and it is forwarded to another local provider, as described in our terms, that provider receives the details of your call so they can help you.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as needed for the work, for questions about the job afterward, and for our tax and business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us to make a request.
